Waterfront vacation rentals in Subic

We had such an amazing stay at The Nook. The place was super homey and relaxing as you are just steps from the beach. The house was private, which made it even better for our little family getaway. We brought our 90-year-old grandma and my little niece and nephew, everyone had a great time. The house was comfortable and easy to get around. The host was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely come back!

Carina the host, was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. The caretakers, Nori & Ambo were friendly and assisted us with shopping, grilling & carrying our stuff—big thanks to them! The Airbnb is a two-level apartment on the second floor. First level: 1 bedroom w/ 2 bunk beds, separate shower and toilet, kitchen, dining area, air-conditioned living room, and a balcony with garden and beach views. Second level: 1 bedroom w/ a queen bed and bathroom, and another w/ 2 queen beds and a larger bathroom. It's more secluded than the nearby resorts, with a large garden and wide beachfront. The living and dining area was great for bonding—especially the air-conditioned living room. The kitchen is well-equipped, though it got a bit hot (possibly due to a non-working exhaust fan). WiFi was a must for all of us since we were working and it worked pretty well. We had a great stay and thank you for being a pet-friendly Airbnb :) recommended if you’re looking in Morong, Bataan.

Everything about our stay was awesome.The unit was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed ( a pristine bathroom , a well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed). Phoebe was an excellent host very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay in Golden Willow and it will make me wanna book again😊

26 Long Beach road is relatively quiet but an easy walk to the main bars and restaurants. Apartment was as described and everything worked, it was clean, secure and the area is safe. Very easy access to the beach. Hosts friendly and helpful. Scuba dive centres are close by and enjoyed the experience. I would stay again and recommend.

Overall it was nice. The room was very nice the only problem for me was the parking - you have to walk a few minutes and it’s very hot outside.

Flat we booked had an issue on their AC and madam was quick to book us to other rooms. She even gave us 2 rooms as a sign of good gesture. Communication was also top notch and they go above what was advertised. Kudos. Will definitely book them when I visit Pampanga. Thank you.

I had a fantastic stay at Justrentz in Subic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Heidi. She showed us everything and was very accommodating. The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was strong, and the Wi-Fi was reliable — perfect for both relaxing and staying connected. In addition there were several power outages and she turned on a back up generator that kept the lights on. The location is great — close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet still quiet and peaceful. I really appreciated the small details, like fresh linens, bottled water, and toiletries — it’s clear Heidi puts a lot of care into making sure her guests feel at home.

We stayed 3 days and 2 nights as we planned to go to aqua planet on the 2nd day. There are a lot of things to do at home as they have a lot of amenities - Videoke, swimming pool, pool table, ping pong table and basketball court. The place also has an al fresco area to eat or hang out. Lots of room and was spacious. Towels, blankets and toiletries were also provided. We will definitely stay here again. Our host, Jasmine, was responsive and the caretaker was also helpful. Also, easy to order via grab as there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

the place is peaceful and serene. It was quite relaxing especially with the nature and it’s farm vibe. However, the signage and the road to the place itself is a little bumpy and hard to find. The staff are very friendly and responsive throughout our needs.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! We travelled with 18 people and the room fit everyone perfectly, it was very spacious and clean when we arrived. AC works great, it was refreshing when coming into the house after being in the hot sun. Pool is huge and beach is beautiful! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful when we came to them with questions and needs. I would highly recommend this place if you are travelling with a large group!

My Friends loved the place. it was easy to locate. Ample parking for 2. Rooms are clean and well furnished and decorated. Bathrooms are clean and have sufficient utilities. Owner has a manual that contained all needed instructions as well as useful information on where to find food and convenience items. The living and dining rooms are spacious and well decorated. They also have outdoor dining and leisure areas. My friends wanted to stay longer. They plan to stay again. The hosts Susan and David are very accomodating and responsive. their housekeepers are very respectful.

One of our go- to Airbnb places in Subic Bay. Walter's place always exceeds our expectations. His units are always clean and well-maintained. We always feel relax and at home whenever we stay in his unit.
