This apartment was a true gem! Immaculately clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. It’s in a great spot and offers a calm, relaxing vibe — ideal after a busy day. The host was prompt, helpful, and made everything so easy from start to finish. I’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a hassle-free, comfortable Airbnb experience.

The unit is very well maintained, not your typical AirBnB place. This one is hotel standards with high quality beds and beddings, appliances (esp the AC units, smart tv and induction stove) and tableware. Toilets are very clean and in good condition. Its only for small family, else it can get really crowded.

Location is superb! Bettina/Nive has been very responsive when I had inquiries. 😊 The bed was very comfortable :)

We had a great experience staying in this accomodation. Eventhough there is unexpected power interruption and the admin inform us directly. Everything is fine and accessible in all.(near public market and SM). They have also spaces for parking lot. Staffs are very approachable and help us to find churches that are nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lorena has provided a lovely studio apartment that is fully equipped. The location is ideal for those looking for a quiet safe getaway.

Super great deal.  Felt so homey as a family with kids. Cozy and clean house and a very kind owner. They welcomed us with personal greetings and fruits that my kids loved! The pool was so much fun! Not crowded as it is private and not pricey... its so affordable to guests who wants to swim. Complete items that a house should have. They offered soap and shampoo, towels and complete kitchen items. Overall this listing is one of the bests you could have in airbnb.

Place is very nice with extra amenities like books and gym equipment which you can use in idle time. It’s clean and the neighborhood is quiet. A convenience store is also within walking distance. You might need to bring extra shampoo/soap/toothpaste though if you’re planning to bathe multiple times.

The place is spacious , cozy and impeccably cleanml. We truly enjoyed our time, especially playing the PS4, and appreciated that the kitchen was fullt equipped with complete cutlery, they have also complimentary snacks which you can enjoy. It genuinely felt like home - peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable. Asif and Mary were both incredibly responsive and accommodating througout our stay, promptly addressing any concerns we had. This was our first time using Airbnb, and we can confidently say this place exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend this property and would gladly return in the future. Renzo and Robert were wonderful hosts. The house that my family stayed at was immaculate and smelled great. The rooms were brightly lit, wonderfully clean, and with cold a/c. The bathrooms were modern in design, well maintained, and the showers had hot water. The wifi was fast and strong to my kids' delight. My father-in-law liked that there was Netflix on the tvs. He liked to wind down and relax in the living room. The dirty kitchen in the back was pretty convenient. I wouldn't even call it "dirty" - it was spotless and comfortable to be in. It felt like we were staying in a model home. We felt safe and secure staying in this gated subdivision with guards. My family absolutely enjoyed our stay at the House of David and would recommend it to others if they were looking for a place in the Angeles area. We'll probably stay here again.

Walter’s place is right on spot. Location, cleanliness, the area felt safe, homey. They even provided basic toiletries like tootbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap. I would definitely stay again if I visit the place. Though he didn’t let us extend for at least an hour esp that there are no guests coming after us, I totally understood. All in all, I would recommend Walter’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in SBMA.
