Catherine & Max have been incredible hosts and have gone above and beyond! I wanted to extend my stay here, but couldn't as the accommodation is very popular. As a remote worker, I typically buy extra things to make my stay comfortable. But at this place, there was no need. Everything I needed was readily available for an enjoyable stay. The place is fully equipped (adapters, lots of bottled water, dish & laundry detergent, snacks, extra linens, strong wifi, a mini library in the livingroom, even a telescope to watch the stars). Downstairs there is a plaza with lots of restaurants, cafes, medical clinics, a movie theatre, Anytime Fitness gym (ask for Chris), a hair salon, and a grocery store. There is a Lotus grocery store across the street too. The train is nearby so you can commute to KLCC. The hosts were gracious enough to assist me with transportation to my next accomodation, and even bought me a movie ticket as I waited for my next check-in. Overall, I had an amazing stay!

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights (Fri to Sun). Pros - Place was easy to locate and had parking (5RM per entry). - Close to city centre. - Video tutorials on how to turn on the washing machine / how to park etc / which card to use throughout the building etc.. were provided by the hosts. - Hosts were also very responsive. - Great listing. - Place was clean and exactly like the photos. - View was breathtaking. - Internet was fast. - Laundry Washer and Dryer and liquid detergent were provided. - Proper sized wardrobe. - Toilet was clean and good sized, loved the rain shower head. - Bed was super comfy. - Aircon and fan were strong. Cons - Pool is usually crowded throughout the day, - Gym has very basic equipments, - Lifts can be rather slow (So if you have a Grab ride planned, do factor this waiting time in). - Wardrobe did not have hangers (not that we needed). Overall, Shen Jian and co were great hosts and we will definitely recommend it to others. 10/10 ⭐️

Amazing host and room! Everything was so clear, check in and check out process so smooth. We really appreciated how clean everything was and a very generic hotel room was made into an aesthetic and homely stay. Extra amenities like the washing machine were really appreciated. We stayed in the same hotel but with a different company after and it did not live up to this host, where check in was a hassle and everything was dirty, so if your staying in KLCC i very highly recommend this hotel with this host specifically. Pool and location are also great 😊

Had a lovely and very comfortable stay. The unit is well-managed, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities and appliances, which were all easy to use. Instructions were clear, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in KL.

Fantastic and extremely spotless clean apartment. Actually same as photos and very cosy. Host is very responsive and friendly. Strongly recommended as referral to friends.

Everything was great, with complete equipment that made it feel like home. I loved the surroundings and the facilities in the unit. What made it truly special was the interior design, which gave it a hotel-like ambiance.

The place is spotless clean and match with the description. Peaceful and good restaurants are walkable distance. Recommends for couples. The host is helpful and responsive.

Host is responsive. House is located just right above Atria Mall. Mall has lots of eateries and Village grocer as well. Very convenient. Just that if you are going by car. There is no free residence parking. You will need to park in the mall(paid parking), or by the roadside around the shoplots.

The place was clean and very comfy. Overall I had a pleasant stay :)
