Якщо потрібно опалення ,то окремо оплачується за газ зг. показника лічильника. В будинку є продуктовий магазин ! Біля будинку є дитячий майданчик! В квартирі є все необхідне для комфортного проживання: wi-fi, мікрохв. піч, посуд, телевізор, пральна машина, праска,фен… Житло здається мін.на 5 днів. Житло здається гостям без тварин
