Relax with the whole family in this turn-of-the-century house full of generic furniture and details, located on the farm in a beautiful village in northern Jämtland. Large fully-equipped country kitchen, tiled stove, large living room with TV, two bathrooms, one with shower and bathtub. Konstateljé. Goats and chickens in the yard. Canoes, swimming area, outdoor gym, disc golf, tennis/basketball court, exercise track and shop within walking distance. In winter walking distance to ski tracks, snowmobile trails and ice hockey field. Rich wildlife. 1h by car to hotagsfjällen.

Within 3 km there is free outdoor swimming, mini golf, 9-hole golf course and off-road tracks. Scooter and cross-country skiing from the cabin. Lovely place to rest, relax and "recharge".
