Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Beautiful log house with 3 rooms/7 beds. Located on a large and secluded plot at the end of a closed road, only 900 meters from a beautiful beach. Kitchen and living room in open connection. Modern and relaxed decor and ceiling for the kitchen give a wonderful sense of space. Huge garden with several terraces, two of which are covered. The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. From the kitchen/living room, there is access to the loft with a double sofa bed. From the living room, there is a view of the garden and chickens (rooster crowing may occur!), and access to a paved small terrace, which may be used by you - in the summer season, there is garden furniture. Here you can enjoy the sounds of the forest and experience life in the forest around the clock. There are no street lights, Wi-Fi and poor mobile coverage. The silence is broken only by the many birds of the forest, the wind rustling in the treetops and the waves down on the beach.

Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.
