Located in a quiet hamlet 2 km from the center of Martel, at the starting point for hiking trails. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, on half level a cozy living room with TV, a double bedroom, a shower room and separate toilets. Upstairs in the attic, 1 double bedroom, shower room, toilet, and a children's bedroom with twin beds.

Upstairs, two bedrooms, shower room and separate toilet. Located in a quiet area, 5 minutes walk from the center of Martel, a medieval city, classified as one of the "most beautiful villages in France", ideal for exploring the region (Padirac, Rocamadour...) Multiple swimming spots in the Dordogne, nearby.
