Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Vacation on the small Stienitz lake

The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor of our two-family house. We live in the lower apartment and have a large garden which can be used in summer by arrangement for relaxing and barbecuing. Our 5 hens usually deliver so many eggs that we would be happy to give some away. The view to the north overlooks the small Stienitzsee. Not far from our garden is a public swimming area on the small Stienitzsee on Seestrasse.

We stayed with Margot and Knut for a weekend. We were warmly welcomed, received a wine bottle as a guest gift and many useful tips about the surroundings. Breakfasts and dinners on the terrace overlooking the forest and bird chirping are wonderful, Margot's garden is a small oasis, and the bathing lake is within walking distance. We'll be back!

Claudia’s place is clearly arranged with great love and care. Everything we needed was there, even the little things that are often missing, like towel hooks in the bathroom! We especially appreciated the attention to detail when it came to scent: the soap, the linens, and the entire apartment smelled wonderful. We had a great time with Sebastian, who was always approachable and always able to help. Sebastian is very friendly and you can tell that a lot of passion is put into this tiny house. The garden is awesome, an oasis of peace without equal. The tiny house is totally sweet and has everything you need for a time out of time. The lake around the corner is fantastic.

We have been here with three families with a total of 14 people. It was great! Highly recommend. Tip: the living room is rather noisy due to the tiles. Maybe put more clothes down to improve the acoustics.
