The house is in close proximity to, among other things, the pearls Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Bovallstrand, Grebbestad and Lysekil where Havets hus is located. Really cozy place all year round. Located in the granite kingdom with many nice mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the nearby area, there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, a zoo, rock climbing and hiking trails. The bus stop is called Uteby and has very good bus connections. 600 meters from the house

If you are looking for a place to stay that is quiet and secluded and at the same time close to the pearls of the coast, then you have come to the right place. On a large and sunny garden plot, this house is surrounded by forest and Bohuslän nature. On the property, there are a number of buildings where the house accommodates 4 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, living room, toilet with shower and washing machine, hall and lounge room. There is also a guest house with a double bed, which gives a total of 10 beds (extra fee of SEK 300 per night for the guest house)

In the nearby area, there are saltwater swimming, golf courses, rock climbing and hiking trails. Close to Nordens Ark with rare animals. Approximately 25 km to Lysekil, Kungshamn, Smögen and many other nice coastal communities with cozy restaurants. Guests bring their own bed linens and towels. Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Walking/jogging just outside the house, 10-minute walk to a nice swimming area at Gullmarsfjorden. Proximity to many of the west coast's summer pearls such as Skaftö, Lysekil, Smögen, etc. The accommodation is 10 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store and 15 minutes to Torp shopping center and road E6. During the peak season, we only rent weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. Other times, minimum 2 nights.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, 50 sqm plus 20 sqm sleeping loft. Proximity to both the golf course, the sea and restaurants. Free parking for several cars is available as well as a large lawn for the kids to play on. Four beds plus a sofa bed for the little ones.
