Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The accommodation is located in a secluded place in the northwestern part of the farm where you can enjoy the evening sun on a private patio overlooking horse pastures. Just about 500 meters from the property, you will find long beaches and a beach promenade! Bus stop about 200 meters away.

Bike path just around the corner and via it you can go north to Mölle, Kullaberg and Krapprup. To the south, you can reach Höganäs. If you are interested in fishing, there are good opportunities to fish from the beach. The apartment is a separate apartment in a larger villa. It has its own entrance and patio door to the garden. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine and dryer.

Welcome to our cozy loft cottage, built in 2021! You live separately with a patio in the west in our garden. The cottage is 24 sqm + 9 sqm sleeping loft with two 140 mattresses. Ladder. There is a bedroom, sleeping loft, living room with sofa bed and kitchen and a bathroom. We put some food in the fridge, freezer and pantry as a start. You have 250 meters to a small swimming area and a long beach walk for jogging and evening walk with sunset in the sea. See GUIDEBOOK. We love our Kullabygden and would love to share it with you!

Bikes are available to borrow for both adults and children so you can get around Viken and Lerberget. Also plenty of parking.

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

With open social areas and private bedrooms, it’s well-designed to accommodate up to 6 guests – ideal for big families or 2 couples. All bed linen, towels and essentials are provided. Professionally cleaned. Situated on a quiet street surrounded by trees and small pathways to a peaceful nature reserve and sandy beach. Also nearby: tennis courts, walking trails and cycling routes to Mölle, Arild and beyond.
