Dies ist mit 12 m² nicht sonderlich riesig, dafür strahlt es absolute Gemütlichkeit und hohen Komfort aus! Unser Einzelzimmer beinhaltet einen Sat TV, kostenloses WLAN, Radio, Miniküche (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster etc), ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Küche ist mit allen elektrischen Geräten und Zubehör ausgestattet ist. Das separate Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett eingerichtet.

The location of the house is convincing with its fantastic view of Bodden and the adjacent small harbor. But the generous amenities with fireplace and sauna are also impressive. Vacation homes on the Baltic Sea are by no means only interesting in the warm season. "an de waterkant" proves that there are also enough reasons to take a break in the off-season

Deichhof Zingst FeWo 3

The Deichhof Zingst, a holiday idyll on the Darß, between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden. The half-timbered property with its meadows, groves and proximity to the water offers the perfect place to switch off and relax. Children are particularly pleased with the great freedom of movement. Only a few steps across the farm lead to the dike with the inland waters behind it, the Bodden. Here we offer the use of our small harbor for sailors and anglers.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

-Winter break from December 22, 25-April 5, 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage and thereby preserving it. Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.

Simply end a great day in the sauna under the roof or enjoy the sunset comfortably on the terrace. The house can accommodate the whole family and still has enough retreats if someone needs peace and quiet. Not far away, the Bodden with its sandy beach invites you to swim.

This newly completed apartment combines the charm of an old house with modern design and offers a very individual atmosphere. The center of the apartment is the open kitchen with a beautiful dining table under a large skylight. The apartment has two separate bedrooms and a small terrace with lounge in a quiet garden. The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just an 8-minute walk or a 3-minute bike ride away.

The Schiefe Kate is a completely new and lovingly restored small vacation home, which will be rented for the first time starting in summer 2020. The house is centrally located on a street in Wieck and is the ideal starting point for many beautiful tours. A car parking space is located next to the small property, which includes two terraces.
