Come experience this beautifully restored 1969 retro camper in a rural wooded setting. Located in the lakes region, it is close to hiking, swimming, apple orchards, as well as popular restaurants. Only 1 hr from Portland and 1.5 hrs from Boston. The camper is on a private and quiet 7-acre farm. The camper has a toilet, very small shower, sink, cooktop, fridge, and small microwave. A lovely lake-front cottage with a private beach on quaint Sunrise Lake! The house has a great view overlooking the water. Enjoy a beautiful morning view of the sun rising onto the lake with a cup of coffee or tea, grilling a tasty dinner on the deck, and toasting marshmallows in the fire pit for dessert. We also provide a double kayak so you can explore the mile-long lake from the easy launch point in front of the house.

The property is located half in Sanbornville NH and half in Acton Maine. There is so much to do on the property and throughout the Lakes Region. Our Log Cabin is completely off grid, which runs fully off solar and Wi-Fi.
