Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as their pet. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 cm, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub with glass shower wall. A second sofa bed is located on the gallery. Child safety: a flap at the top of the stairs.

Beautiful tiny house with garden and terrace

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.

The photos don't do the apartment justice; it's just amazing, very complete, and perfect for a weekend away. From the stunning bathroom with a bath to the super comfortable bed and the incredible entertainment system, everything seems perfectly set up. The surrounding forest is fantastic for walking or riding your mountain bike. Lastly, the wonderful breakfast in the beautiful garden with the amazing views through the valley is exceptional, all thanks to the incredible hosts of this apartment.

Very nice apartment. Right next to the shopping mile. We lacked nothing. Private parking and a small courtyard where you can enjoy the beautiful weather. Ben and Marian are very friendly landlords and immediately available for any questions. We will be happy to come back!!!

We needed a place to stay in the area at very short notice and were allowed to move in in the evening, which saved us either a long drive or a hotel stay. The very clean semi-detached house was inviting, it was nice to be able to go outside and it had the most comfortable bed in a vacation apartment ever. Communication was fast and effective. Any time again and a very clear recommendation! Thanks again to Annika & her colleagues!
