Vacation rentals with breakfast in Stowe

Burnice was the greatest host! Very welcoming took my girlfriend on a beautiful hike through her property. Her house was so charming a perfect getaway for a couple.

Our family stayed here for my sister’s graduation from UVM. Stephen made check in very easy and was always available to answer any questions we had. They left graduation themed cookies for us which was so thoughtful. The home was very clean and the kitchen was really well stocked as we made several meals at home. We also enjoyed going out on the kayaks. The views of the lake are beautiful and the location felt very private. We hope to come back in the future!

We traveled from various parts of the country to Vermont for a cousin’s wedding in nearby Colchester, and staying at Frank and Carol’s farmhouse was the perfect choice. They were incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. The historic home is tucked away in a quiet, scenic area with a charming brook alongside it. Mornings on the porch with a cup of Green Mountain coffee were a highlight. I also recommend taking a morning stroll to meet the friendly local farmers-such a peaceful and authentic experience. Highly recommend!

Ben's spot is in a great location for access to local mountains and amenities - but the property itself and abutting state park made so we really just wanted to enjoy the house. Ben was communicative and accommodating. One thing to be aware of is if you visit in the winter you may need to do some shoveling and clearing to use the hot tub, but our group didn't mind and the outdoor fire pit and hit tub was GREAT for apres ski. All in all, perfect spot for a group ski trip - we didn't want to leave! Thanks Ben!

This is such a beautiful property, and the hosts are amazing. They were super friendly and helpful, and they shared a lot of local insight. The house is clean and quiet, and the view is phenomenal. We paddled on Lake Champlain right from the back yard and enjoyed amazing sunsets most every night. This is our second visit, and we hope to come back again. It's a wonderful space!

Gorgeous property. Great location. Spectacular vacation house, roomy and spacious, well maintained and perfect for a large family group. The house is surrounded by beautiful trees, set back from the road with a nice, ample front lawn and a secluded back garden You can sit on the front deck and admire the magnificent mountain view, or you can use as a base to explore large areas of Vermont. The location is within easy reach of hiking trails, waterfalls, swimming and river walks. We spent a lovely day in nearby Burlington and relaxed by Lake Champlain. The hosts, Michal and Brian are kind, gracious and responsive and it was a pleasure to deal with them from the beginning of the booking process and during our stay. Mary and Peter were great hosts. We were scheduled to arrive during a storm and they were nice enough to let us come a day early to avoid it. The house is also well stocked with winter sports and outdoor equipment which they were more than happy to loan out to us and provide recommendations on local hiking spots. An overall very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Colin’s place was located close to everything near the waterfront. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at the end of a busy day. The coffee maker was a French press- which I had never used. Now I am spoiled and will be acquiring one for myself when we get home. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Our family, comprising six adults and a baby, thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay here during a busy (solar eclipse) weekend in April. This property is brand new. There are a number of hotel rooms on the property. We stayed at the apartment suite just above the restaurant. The apartment was quite comfortable, offering ample space. It was impeccably clean, and everything was fresh and new. The convenience of having the restaurant just below was a definite highlight, making dining options easily accessible. We could hear noise from the restaurant in the evening but it did not wake our baby or impair our stay. There is a nice waterfall on the property. Proximity to Sugarbush was very good. Our hosts, TJ and Johnny, for the most part, were attentive and responsive. There was no TV in the unit or dressers in the rooms (we were told they may be adding a TV in the future). There was a bluetooth speaker for music. Our overall experience was excellent and we wholeheartedly recommend

Had a fantastic stay at this Middlebury apartment! It was clean and perfectly located near town and campus. The space was well-designed with great natural light. The neighborhood was peaceful, and Theresa was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient place in Middlebury!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb for the Vermont City marathon. It's super cozy, has everything you need, and is walkable to groceries and restaurants (plus less than a mile from the start/finish). We felt very much at home, and would come again!

We will definitely be returning to Darren and Lynne’s BnB! Our room was very comfortable and homey, with great personal touches. We greatly enjoyed the delicious breakfast during our stay, and warming up in the hot tub at the end of our day skiing. Thank you for hosting us!

Hiltraut was an excellent host. She was very dedicated to maintain communication with me and making sure that I was having a nice stay. The apartment is just as described in the listing and pictures; it even is bigger in person. She welcomed me and showed me around the place; and had breakfast foods and fruits for me in the kitchen. The place is really well cleaned and well kept. Really close to downtown Burlington and the highway.

This place is really special. The care and love spent in repairing and improving this ancient home into something beautiful is obvious. The brickwork, original wooden floors, wood beams, and beautiful view made this place so memorable for our stay. Shelly is clearly gifted with design, and everything from the layout to the tasteful choice of antiques felt unique, integrated, cozy, and romantic. The renovation itself was expertly executed, and I spent at least an hour enjoying the handiwork as much as the creative design itself. And I haven’t even mentioned the practical benefits of quality soaps, essentials foods, thoughtful appliances, and special lighting choices with no expense spared. I would highly recommend staying here! Not only is it convenient to the Northeast Kingdom, but it also captures a lovely vibe that one so rarely finds when traveling!

Heaven on earth! Our stay was everything we could have dreamed of, as we looked for a romantic getaway. The room was pristine and homey, and we had a full spa experience in the decadent bathroom. Leanne is a formidable chef, and handled our food restrictions with grace. The breakfast was Michelin-star-worthy! And Leanne & David took such good care of us: gave us plenty of privacy but were perfectly available whenever we had a question. They pointed us to great hiking and an excellent bakery. I only wish our stay had been longer. We will definitely return. 10/10 recommend. If you want a luxury getaway, an escape into beauty & elegance, and the comforts of home - this is the place! LOVED our stay!!

Johnnycake Flats Inn was the perfect New England getaway! Debra and her husband Jim are wonderful people and the best hosts. Each morning we were served a delicious breakfast that kept us fueled for the day. Jim is great at offering up places to visit and mapping everything out for easy navigating. If you are looking for a peaceful, homey place to stay, with fantastic hosts, look no further!

Staying with Amanda and Tristan was such a treat on our fall trip through Vermont. From a warm welcome and cozy accommodations to the best breakfast I’ve ever had the next morning, I cannot recommend this beautiful place enough. I can’t wait to come back next Spring to see the tulips in full bloom.

Amazing location, 10 drive to any restaurant or place we needed to go to. Went to Stowe mainly to snowboard and it was only a 10 minute drive to the Stowe Resort where we were going. The place was cozy, with a fire lit at night, making it feel like a movie. The breakfast was 10/10, I would book here again just for that alone. One evening there were even fresh chocolate chip cookies available. Definitely book here, you won’t find a better deal!

We had a great time with Pauline and Jacques. The area was just as convenient as we had hoped for a ski weekend at Jay Peak. We wanted to get on the road early and breakfast was prepared for us at 7:30 am. We happily left with a jug of maple syrup and look forward to staying there again!

We had a great experience with Kim & Phil! The location made it easy to get around- there’s a bus right outside taking us to the mountain. Kim & Phil are warm hosts and Phil even cooked us breakfast every day and helped shovel our car out during a snow storm! Highly recommend staying here!

Karyl & Bob are very welcoming, hospitable and generous in the sharing of the RingDangDoo. Breakfast options were plentiful and enjoyed while sitting out by the lake on the Adirondack chairs. The Island Line causeway is a fun bike ride. Thanks again for a great stay!

I will look up Julia when I return in the fall. She and her place more than met my expectations! The room was comfortable and quiet, the bathroom clean, private and well- appointed. I liked how close it was to highway 7, and to a beautiful drive up to Ripton and the Green Mountains, with easy pulloffs along the way. Julie was available, helpful and friendly.
