Spacious 2nd floor master suite boasts a king bed, flat screen satellite TV, WiFi, full bath and plenty of closet space. When booking for 3-4 guests ($45 per person per night after 2nd guest), an additional, smaller room with a double bed and full bath is provided (otherwise blocked). Purple Door Suite provides a newly renovated bedroom, private bathroom, private living room and your own entrance to the house, with the rest of the second story shared with your hosts. Lovingly renovated, this two-story brick house (circa 1848) is located in Old North End of downtown Burlington. It is one of the oldest in the area and has enormous charm and character. You will have off street parking and only a 5-10 minute walk to Burlingtons's Church Street pedestrian shopping. #RB-2837

Middlebury Private Suite, walk to campus.

A pleasant walk to Middlebury town and college from this handsome 1827 Federal home which is licensed with the state. The suite has two bedrooms with one private bathroom and it’s own entrance. Each room has a queen bed with a comfortable mattress fitted with sun dried cotton sheets. The suite has a small refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and French press. If the reservation is for 2 persons but both bedrooms are required, there is an additional $80 per night charge.

Historic paneled suite has a double bed as well as an adjoining private study with a single bed, a desk with an office chair, and a fridge. Bedroom includes chairs, a table and fireplace, and opens to the private study and shared bath. Rooms are furnished with antiques. Lots of outside seating and gardens are always available weather permitting. We are featured yearly on a local garden tour. Breakfast is provided in our gardens or kitchen if desired.

Here you will find, a quiet place to rest, away from noise but minutes to Stowe on a beautiful dead end road with picturesque views. A private working horse farm sitting on 90 acres of open pastoral land with mountain views, complete with 2 spring fed swimming ponds, and walking trails.
