*PLENTY OF FREE STREET PARKING* This is a very small studio apt in the up and coming town of Bellevue, just a 10 min drive to downtown and the stadiums. It is on the 2nd floor of my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a keypad. The entance stairwell and laundry is a common space, as there's 2 other units. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Unfortunately this space it too small for pets, NO PETS

There are framed Warhol prints throughout, and the wonderful Warhol Museum is less than 10 minutes away via car/Uber—or the corner bus will drop you on its doorstep in 20! There is a potential noise (although not enough noise to bother most guest) This completely private apartment is located on the first floor of a three level building. There is another Airbnb above this unit, and an owners area below this unit. Also, the apartment is located on a Main Street, If you are a light sleeper this may not be the unit for you.
