Our cozy wooden house is only about 150m from the sandy beach on the Louns peninsula in beautiful nature, with many opportunities for walking, running and biking. Lovely harbor environment with ferry, fishing and marina. Enjoy a lunch or dinner at the city's inn or Marina, overlooking the fjord. The house is furnished with three small bedrooms, a functional kitchen, And a newly renovated bathroom. Heating is with heat pump, wood-burning stove. Free and stable WiFi internet Sat TV with Danish and various German channels.

We just gave the house an upgrade. Here we have put a little more space for, among other things, the dining area. There is a new kitchen , now with dishwasher. Dobbeltseng, sofa, spisebord, lille terasse. Tv og wifi. Hytten ligger i haven tæt ved vores hus. Vi bor uden for landsbyen Hjortshøj i skovkanten og tæt på motorvejen. Hunde er velkomne. Udlejes med sengelinned og håndklæder. Afstand til Århus 12 km, til off. transport 600m. Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold. Max 3 uger

Very cozy and newer summer cottage located only 400 m - 5 min walk - to the ocean with a very children friendly beach. The nearest town is Ebeltoft which is a very famous tourist area in DK. Ebeltoft is famous for its nature/national parks and for lots of sightseeing. Aarhus - the second biggest City in DK is only 50 km away.
