Our "Lemonhouse" is in Agios Dimitrios, 50 km south of Kalamata on the west coast of Mani, directly on the sea. The house, which was lovingly converted/renovated in 2020/21, is modern and fully furnished. It is elevated, 30 meters from the sea, and 1 minute to swimming. It offers 2 bedrooms/living rooms and kitchen with sea view, bathroom with windows, courtyard and 2nd toilet, washing machine and storage. This newly built stone house with amazing pool was added by the owners to their existing house, situated in a large olive garden in the beautiful countryside overlooking the Messinian Sea. Blending perfectly with the traditional mani style, tastefully selected furniture and fabrics were used to decorate this special home. Amazing views to the mountains and the sea, completed by a roof top terrace for relaxing sun sets you will find plenty of space and privacy for a perfect holiday experience.

Newly built 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa with pool near Kalogria beach in the picturesque village of Stoupa. Built in line with the local tradition of stone towers in the area the villa has visible stone throught the layout and is composed of 2 large bedrooms, both en-suite and a kitchen area overlooking the private pool. It has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a fireplace for your winter escapes. Enjoy the proximity to Kalogria and stoupa beach and the lovely cafes and restaurants.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται εντός του οικισμού Στούπα σε μία από τις πιο ήσυχες γειτονιές και απέχει ελάχιστα λέπτα με τα πόδια από τις παραλίες της Καλόγριας και της Στούπας, τα σουπερμαρκετ και τα τουριστικά καταστήματα του χωριού. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Villa Ludwig Maria is located on the mountainside with sea breeze less than 500 m as the crow flies. On the terrace with wonderful views of the sea and Stoupa you can enjoy the magnificent "blue hour". The house, the rooms, the kitchen and the garden convey an atmosphere in the Greek style.
