We had a very enjoyable stay in Aachen. The apartment is very nice and the small winter garden in particular invites you to relax. Walking, you are in the city center in about 10-15 minutes. During our stay, there was a construction site in the street, so you couldn't drive directly into the street and you had to drive around a bit. We could also park for free about 5 minutes from the apartment. Highly recommended!

Very nice house and a comfortable stay. Mr. Pierre was very responsive and available by phone to help. He also arranged a parking reservation on short notice. Definitely worth staying!

I had a pleasant stay in this quiet and bright apartment. Conveniently located close to the train station and tram, the whole city is easy to access. The parks are a short walk away! Everything was perfect!

Nice and neat apartment on the outskirts of downtown. All our necessities were provided. From the apartment you can walk anywhere in Liège and the new tram line can be reached within 5 minutes. Thanks to its location behind the building and the natural shelter around the balcony, we experienced a lot of privacy and tranquility. We had a very nice week here and Paul is a friendly owner with a quick response.

Alyssann is a very friendly and helpful hostess. The house is very nice and equipped with every comfort. Especially beautiful how the house has been renovated with many natural materials and with sustainable energy supply. I would definitely come again if we are in this area again.

Had a super nice stay with Johann. He is a top host who is immediately ready for his guests. Everything was tip-top in order. It was very pleasant that small basic amenities were also present in the cottage, this was another worry less to bring. Highly recommended!

Very large apartment. Large bedrooms with nice beds. Beautiful bathroom with bathtub, shower, washing machine and dryer. Nice terrace overlooking the hills. Very complete kitchen. Friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended for people who love peace and quiet.

A very nice accommodation where many different activities can be done. It was very neat and clean upon arrival and we had some wonderful days here.

Great place, exactly like the pictures. Location is good, nice of of the river and the surroundings of the city and the old town is only 10 minutes walking away

We spent some really nice days in Maria's apartment. It was a very nice break, everything was available and the children were very well occupied. I can recommend this apartment one hundred percent and we are looking forward to next time at Maria's. We spent a few lovely days at Maria's vacation flat. Everything was thought through with a lot of little touches here and there. The kids had loads of fun with the various toys and tractors on offer. I can highly recommended staying there and we can't wait to come visit again :)

The first time we booked through Airbnb. Exciting, but Norbert's penthouse was exactly what we expected based on the photos and description. Actually, even more spacious. The private parking space in the garage under the apartment was ideal. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Christel, the hostess who arranges things when Norbert can't be there himself. We felt extra welcome with a bottle of sparkling wine and a large bottle of water in the fridge and a bag of delicious chocolates. On the table, brochures of Aachen and a manual with all the instructions and facts about the area and the penthouse. Very nice. Communication with Norbert was cordial and fast. Fantastic stay with everything you need. Even the trigger in the shower, coffee and herbs were thought of. Even a bottle of Cava was ready in the fridge. When we came into the apartment, we said to each other; Wow, how cozy! Good communication, thoughtful and quick responses to our questions. Good base for days out and the Spa Francorchamps circuit. We'd love to come back.

What a wonderful location to take walks from there (for example by traveling by bus for 3 euros and then walking back to Roetgen) in the nature reserve. We definitely plan to come back again because we want to take even more beautiful walks in that neighborhood and liked the accommodation very much. In the apartment, really all sorts of things were available. We baked nice sandwiches for the breakfast. The egg cooker is used for delicious cooked eggs at breakfast. There is a homey feel. We suspect that it has been really inhabited. If the photos are up to you, I can really recommend this apartment to you. In Roetgen itself, not many restaurants were open this week, but there were a lot of supermarkets nearby, so there is plenty of alternative instead of eating out. Living in Roetgen is a great restaurant to eat. I don't know about the other restaurants. On April 30th there is a Meiboom tradition and in the evening/night that can cause some noise nuisance.

We had a good stay. The accommodation is spacious for two people. All necessities are provided. Everything was nice and clean and lovely bedding.

I enjoyed my stay here, good location and very convenient being so close to a shopping centre.
