Balcony. Peaceful area in the center of Stavanger. 3 min. walk to the beginning of the city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is our home and is rented out when we are away. Due to a previous unfortunate incident, only requests from guests with good references are approved. NOTE that the bed in the master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds in this house have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard.

Its 2-6 minutes walk to city center, harbour, railway and buses. Several grocery stores and restaurants 40-80 m away.

Super Central, Quiet and Cozy Travelers Loft

Perfect for a short and central stay in Stavanger, located just 3-4 minutes walk from the Central Station. Although being super central, it is also in a safe and quiet street which gives the best of both worlds. The place has a folder with info about things to see and do, some simple cooking gear, a small bathroom with toilet and a sink, but the only downside is that it has no shower. Just make sure you understand that before booking, and I'm sure you'd love the rest😊

Boligen var rigtig hyggelig, ren og hemmelig. God beliggenhed i gå afstand til Stavanger gamle by med restauranter og seværdigheder. Reidar var meget imødekommende og venlig og var hurtig til at svare på spørgsmål. Vi vil helt sikkert anbefale boligen til andre.

Great apartment, really spacious and very nice interior. Everything looked exactly as in the pictures. It is not located directly in the center but you can easily walk there. Quiet residential neighbourhood. The archeological museum around the corner has a nice little café which is perfect for a quick bite. Note: The washing machine is a shared one in the basement. It was always available though during our stay when we needed it :)

Tolles Apartment in perfekter Lage – zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist top, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Klare Empfehlung!

Die Unterkunft war in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Gleich nebenan war die Schule wo am 17. Mai um 8.00 die Fahne gehisst wurde. Das war mal eine andere Art geweckt zu werden :) Die Raumaufteilung ist einzigartig! Der obere Stock nichts för grosse Menschen ;) Es war sehr gemütlich wir mochten diese Wohnung und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt! Es hatte alles was man brauchte (ein guter Haarföhn, Geschirr, Pfannen und sogar Öl/Essig). Die Kommunikation mit Martin war sehr unkompliziert:) Wir würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten und können diese Wohnung empfehlen.

L’hôte a été vraiment très gentille et réactive : elle répondait toujours très rapidement et m’a donné quelques conseils utiles pour visiter la ville. L’appartement est parfait : très beau, avec une vue agréable sur le port et situé dans un quartier chaleureux. Il y a plein de choses pratiques à disposition, même des petites attentions comme des brosses à dents jetables. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié les petits mots qu’elle laisse un peu partout dans l’appartement pour expliquer comment tout fonctionne — c’est vraiment pratique et attentionné. Je recommande vivement ce logement !
