The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. Enjoy the lovely surroundings in one of our 2 cozy Tiny Houses. Get in gear and enjoy our animals in the beautiful nature, with fields as far as the eye can see and maybe a trip in the kayak or hot tub. Cook in the kitchen, on the grill or over a fire. We have sheep, lots of chickens, and mischievous cats, and starting in March, we'll have little lambs out in the field. Our small farm is located in the middle of nature. You'll love it because of the coziness, the location, the quietness and the views. Our place is good for couples, families with children. Possibility of extra beds in both rooms. We have lots of pet-friendly animals and animal babies, trampoline, swing set, sandbox and campfire area. The farm was originally built in 1773, and most rooms are well over 100 years old, so there are crooked doors and windows. We are constantly improving the facilities.

The property has its own small lake/water hole with lots of wildlife, including frogs, birds and deer. In dry summer, the water level is very low. There are bicycles for free use. The house is 500 meters from a lovely beach. During the summer period, week 25 to week 32, the booking is a minimum of 3 days.
