Welcome to our nice, non-smoking and hypoallergenic guest houses in central Sunne. The house is built in 2021 and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Bedlinen and towels are included at the time of stay. Also coffee, tea, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent and carbonated drink upon arrival. The cottage has a nice south facing wooden deck with food furniture and barbecue. Grass spots for the kids to play on. Here you are close to Sunne Sommerland, shops, food restaurants and most tourist attractions in the municipality.

Wonderful year-round accommodation. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outside space. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

The cottage is about 70 sqm divided into a kitchen (fully equipped), living room and bathroom (shower/toilet/washing machine) on the ground floor as well as two spacious bedrooms upstairs. Upstairs there are also three smaller cat lofts. In addition, on the plot there is a woodshed/carpenter's shed, storage room/extra room and a pavilion. In total, 4 people can stay comfortably (bedroom 1 with 180 cm double bed and bedroom 2 with 140 cm sofa bed) or 5-6 people if the cat attic is used.
