A fab 3 bed house tucked away in a quiet residential cul-de-sac, one street away from the largest enclosed garden in Europe, the Phoenix Park. Stoneybatter & Smithfield are your local areas to eat and drink. The local convenience shop is a 10 minute walk as well as Ryans Victorian Bar&Restaurant. Public transport is on your doorstep as well as the Hop-on Hop-off bus tours. Guinness Storehouse, IMMA, Jameson Distillery, Kilmainham Gaol and Heuston Train Station are all walkable from the house.

This self contained space is part of our family home in popular Stoneybatter but has its own entrance so you will be in a family home but with the added benefit of being self contained. This entrance area/Hall has a Kettle, Coffee Press, table & chairs. The room has a triple bed perfect for a couple or a family with young kid. Sometimes 3 adults. U18 must be accompanied by a parent. Books that may be of interest to read while lounging on fat boys! En-Suite has Toilet, Sink & Electric Shower.

Charming Stoneybatter cottage

Named the coolest place in Ireland by TimeOut, Stoneybatter has many great cafés, restaurants, pubs & shops, & is just a 20min walk from the city centre. This 2-bed cottage is available as a 1-bed space, & can accommodate 1-2 people. NB: this is my home & is only available on occasion. You may find some of my belongings, food & drinks here - some guests may prefer a space solely set up as a short-term rental. Also, a dog lives here, so may not be the best fit for those with allergies.
