Hi. When we are not in Zanzibar we are happy to host guests at our newly renovated 3-bedroom-apartment in Stone Town. Traditional Swahili style in an old coral stone house, combined with modern features. Amazing location in a great and friendly neighbourhood - several cafes and restaurants next door. Perfect place to get a feeling of life in one of the most amazing places in Africa. Less than 10min by foot to the port or Forodhani, 2min to Darajani - where you can also park a car.

A spacious veranda is featured, offering unobstructed views of the sea and beach. Two comfortable chairs and a small table are positioned on a wooden deck, surrounded by greenery. A decorative rug adds warmth to the space, enhancing its inviting nature.

This amazing 150+ square meter apartment is situated in the heart of the Stone Town in Zanzibar. On the third floor of the first British Consulate in East Africa., it is a walk through history. Livingstone, Burton, Speak, Kirk, Grant and Nishal have lived here at some time in history. Its veranda has wonderful views of the sea, beach and Forodhani Gardens. The sunsets from it are amazing. Its minutes away from the best restaurants, bars, ATM machine, post office and taxi stands.

I had a perfect stay in this comfortable and centrally located place. the host and caretaker staff were very responsive and kind. I could have a batch of laundry done at a reasonable price. the studio was very nice, big room and comfortable bed. the surrounding area is safe even at night and there's nice restaurants and street food places in the street. I particularly appreciated the flexibility and kindness of the staff and the management. the AC and the fan on the ceiling were a plus as well. I highly recommend that place and I look forward to be back there

Man sollte beachten, dass man in einer lebhaften Straße in der schönen Altstadt von Stone Town wohnt. Man ist mittendrin, wenn man die Tür verlässt. Daher kann es teilweise etwas laut sein. Die Deckenventilatoren haben für einen angenehmen Schlaf gesorgt. Masoud hat sofort reagiert und auch einen Taxi-Service angeboten. Ich war rundum zufrieden.

Perfect to explore Stonetown! Super central, within walking distance to everything you‘ll want to discover but at the same in a quiet residential area. The room is comfortable, cozy and clean. Balkiss is a great host. Communication was fast and easy and she was very helpful, providing us with information about the town and organising a walking tour guide for us. We hope to come back!

It was a lovely, spacious and decorative flat. My friends and I had all the facilities we needed including a washing machine and ac. There were nice restaurants and cafes walking distance. We would definitely recommend this bnb to others.

Stefania's place is right in the middle of all the action. It was very easy to walk to all the points of interest, whether it was the local market or the ocean front. We just simply began walking and ended up in all the right places. The area was safe, we walked to the oceanfront after the sunset. It was really busy there, filled with locals, food vendors, kid's playground was full of little ones playing. The price was right for the simple and clean place to stay in. Tastefully decorated with local art. Stefania was quick to respond to our questions before and during the stay and Rama was available to help us carry our luggage to the apartment and to get us set up with a taxi to the airport.

A towel art piece fashioned in a lotus shape is centered on a spacious bed. The intricate folds of the green towels are enhanced with small decorative flowers. The room features a calming atmosphere, with mosquito netting draping around the bed and soft light reflecting off surfaces.
