Hi. When we are not in Zanzibar we are happy to host guests at our newly renovated 3-bedroom-apartment in Stone Town. Traditional Swahili style in an old coral stone house, combined with modern features. Amazing location in a great and friendly neighbourhood - several cafes and restaurants next door. Perfect place to get a feeling of life in one of the most amazing places in Africa. Less than 10min by foot to the port or Forodhani, 2min to Darajani - where you can also park a car.

A spacious veranda is featured, offering unobstructed views of the sea and beach. Two comfortable chairs and a small table are positioned on a wooden deck, surrounded by greenery. A decorative rug adds warmth to the space, enhancing its inviting nature.

This amazing 150+ square meter apartment is situated in the heart of the Stone Town in Zanzibar. On the third floor of the first British Consulate in East Africa., it is a walk through history. Livingstone, Burton, Speak, Kirk, Grant and Nishal have lived here at some time in history. Its veranda has wonderful views of the sea, beach and Forodhani Gardens. The sunsets from it are amazing. Its minutes away from the best restaurants, bars, ATM machine, post office and taxi stands.

Great location - right in the heart of stone town! Everywhere was walkable. Hosts were very responsive and provided great recommendations for local activities. Great time!

I had a perfect stay in this comfortable and centrally located place. the host and caretaker staff were very responsive and kind. I could have a batch of laundry done at a reasonable price. the studio was very nice, big room and comfortable bed. the surrounding area is safe even at night and there's nice restaurants and street food places in the street. I particularly appreciated the flexibility and kindness of the staff and the management. the AC and the fan on the ceiling were a plus as well. I highly recommend that place and I look forward to be back there

Great location in the center of Stone Town and very affordable compared to other options in the area. The house and the room are spotless. Wifi is reliably available, which is usually a problem in Zanzibar. Hot water also worked very well. The room has both the AC and a fan (I was fine with just the fan). You can also have laundry done for a small charge. The host is beyond compare even in Zanzibar where all the hosts are generally very hospitable - very accommodating, available and responsive. Since he grew up in the area and seems to know everyone, he is able to easily help with whatever you need, e.g. with buying spices at local prices instead of having to haggle at the market. He also allows guests to leave when convenient for them, so you can stay at the house as long as you need, even if you're leaving late at night. He is also great company and a great cook! 10/10 for the whole experience. I would highly recommend a stay here and wished I could've stayed for longer.
