The Cozy. .

This flat is huge with a bedroom measuring 225sq.ft. It is equiped with a queen size bed, spacious closets, desk and television. There is an entry door here and a door that separates it from the living room/kitchen area. This is also very large, measuring 210sq.ft. In here we have a dining table, and a twin pullout sofa bed. It is equipped with all the necessary kitchen and dining necessities. We have a cozy bathroom with shower and bath. always equipped with clean towels and all the necessary toiletries. There is also a laundry room that doubles as a broom closet, equipped with a washer and drier. The space is large enough to accommodate three. Your home is completely private with separate entry. If not available to welcome you home, your key will be left at a designated spot and you will be notified. You get to carry your key while you are here so you can come and go as you please. Your privacy is important to me and you will hardly see me but I will be here and if you need anything at all, please do not hesitate to let me know. No matter the time. The property is surrounded clever gardens and tranquility The Infinite Center is less than five miles away. There are major shopping centers and great restaurants nearby. The Lenox mall is 10 to fifteen miles away in Buckhead. Perimeter mall is 15 minutes away where there are many restaurants, including, Cheesecake Factory Across the road find many restaurants, my favorites being the Eclipse de Luna for tapas and Alon's, a bakery/restaurant And Mall of Georgia is only 10 miles north of us THE INFINITE CENTER IS 6.5 MILES AWAY. We are two and a half miles from highway 85 and nine miles from highway 285. 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta and 20 minutes from the perimeter and Dunwoody area. The Marta train station is in Doraville..9 miles away. There are two major supermarkets. Kroger is just up the road..1/2 mile and the Publix is two miles away. There are many nice restaurants on Pleasant Hill road but if you feel like venturing out for more excitement, the perimeter and the buckhead areas are not far from us. The Marta buses run regularly and of cause if you need a lift, I will be happy to accommodate you on Fridays and on the weekends.

Full length mirror. Luggage rack for suitcase. Extra sheets, blankets and pillows for pull-out sofa bed. One dedicated off-street parking spot in driveway. Lots more free street parking just one block away. Your host will be on the property and available for anything you need during your stay, so please don’t hesitate asking. In the meantime, we value your complete privacy. The home provides a great location for exploring both Decatur and Atlanta. There are many great restaurants and shops in the area to enjoy and the MARTA train station is one block away providing direct access to downtown Atlanta. Our carriage house is also one block away from the MARTA train with a direct line to Downtown Atlanta for anyone visiting Atlanta and spending most of their time downtown. Forget about traffic and paying for parking. Stay in Decatur and take the 15-minute train ride into downtown instead.

Gorgeous cool luxurious space near Truist Park

This beautiful studio house in the heart of Smyrna, 5 minutes from Truist Park and 15 minutes to downtown Atlanta is filled with mostly local art. When you walk in the front door it feels lush and welcoming. There are lots of little details that will make you comfortable from the coffee bar, heated bathroom floors, gas fireplace, beautiful art everywhere and full kitchen. This beautiful duplex, a 1930's southern home in the Edgewood neighborhood of Atlanta, has a huge front porch to "sit a spell" with a cold glass of lemonade. You have sole access to everything in this lovely unit as well as front and back outdoor spaces. Parking is off-street at the back of the house. Pets are welcome- just tell us they're coming! Cute and spacious one bedroom triplex right in downtown Decatur. Truly walkable location with just minutes walk to Some of the best dining and nightlife in metro Atlanta area. Agnes Scott college is just across the street. The house is over 100 years old with cute details; full kitchen, screened front porch shared with the other apartment, and pet friendly. There are very few neighborhoods in metro Atlanta that have such a variety of dining and nightlife as Decatur square.
