Here, "in the middle of nature", there are plenty of animals of all sizes. Therefore: door closed in the evening, store food safe in the mouse. There is NO HEATING. SOUND SYSTEM please max. with a 5-W Bluetooth box Electricity separately €0.38/kWh, water €20/m³. For electric cars, there is 380 V 16 A, but no wallbox.

We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

The house has one bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with sitting area, TV and 2 sleeping lofts (one loft accommodates one, the other loft accommodates 2 people), a bathroom with shower and toilet and a kitchen with microwave, kitchenette and fridge. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the forest belt of Lake Stoplsee.

On a hill, nestled by old trees, stands 1 of 3 unconventional huts with 2 beds each. In any weather (except in winter), the cabin can offer camping friends, cyclists or last-minute guests an overnight stay as an alternative to the tent. Just a sleeping bag and a towel in your luggage. The comfort consists of a roof over your head, a place to sleep, a nice campfire and a warm outdoor shower with separate toilet.

The apartment has a bedroom and a large living room with kitchen, of course a bathroom. Everything is practically and comfortably furnished. The small kitchenette has a stovetop with oven, fridge and everything you need for self-catering. A cozy sofa invites you to relax and you can have breakfast and barbecue on the large outdoor terrace.
