This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The balcony-apartment is located in the first floor of the multi-family house. It features a small balcony with a really lovely view over the villas of the neighbourhood. The flat is furnished to be very comfortable. One can use the facilities for locking up the bicycle on the property. Unfortunately, the garden cannot be used, as it is reserved for tenants of the house. Free parking spaces can often be used in front of the house. The apartment is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Häuschen am Waldrand ist von einem verwunschenen Garten umgeben. Vom Wohnzimmer aus lädt eine hübsche Südterrasse zum draußen Sitzen ein. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind offen zum Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Sofa, das sich ausziehen lässt. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Blick über den Garten und ein Bad mit großer Dusche. Von hier aus kann man herrliche Radtouren zum Wannsee machen, Potsdam besuchen und ist schnell mit der S-Bahn in Berlin.

Ideal for families, business travelers, couples and long stays.

Quiet vacation apartment, 27 sqm, close to the city

Experience Potsdam up close and yet in the countryside. We are a quiet residential development directly on the Ravensbergen, which is beautifully inviting for hiking and biking. The main train station and Potsdam center are about 3-5 km away from here and very easy to reach by public transport. You'll love my place because of the peace, the comfortable bed and much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Apartment at Filmpark Babelsberg/RBB/Medienstadt

Our guest room is particularly suitable for exploring Potsdam (and also Berlin) from here by bike, train, car or on foot. Both the Babelsberg Film Park and the district of the same name are interesting places to visit. With the S-Bahn, which is about a 15-minute walk away, you can be in Berlin in 25 minutes or in the center of Potsdam in 10 minutes. By car you can reach the highway within 5 minutes, but neither it nor the train can be heard at night.

You will stay in a listed Art Nouveau house between Griebnitzsee and Filmpark Babelsberg, just a stone's throw away from the University of Potsdam, the Film University, the Hasso Plattner Institute and Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus besteht mit der S7 eine direkte Verbindung nach Berlin.
