We stayed here while visiting family in the area, and it was a perfect place to unwind each evening. Everything was as described, and we had plenty of space to spread out. The beds were very comfortable, and the place was squeaky clean!

We love staying in Shullsburg and come from Iowa to escape a few times a year. This is the first time we have stayed in this darling Inn. The rooms were clean and bedding very comfortable. The coffee kiosk down the hall was perfect for morning as well as the coffee shop across the street. This is a wonderful little gem in the heart of Shullsburg main. We would stay again for sure! Kevin was a great host! He welcomed us with a nice gift as a welcome to Wisconsin. He was communicating well with us on the trip. The place was beautiful! It was so peaceful and very quiet. We were just a short walk to the town which was such a cute town with a great antique store and coffee shop! (You must go to the coffee shop!) The house had so many fun things to do. I personally enjoyed the basketball court the most! Many games to play and a great fire pit. The fridge was so much fun to draw on and listen to music throughout the kitchen area. If you plan on a get away trip or a short distance away from Madison I suggest you stay here!

For being our first family getaway, this was the best place for it! Under the circumstances, or family really needed family bonding and quality time. We found the perfect home! The kids had plenty to do even though it was too cold for the outdoor pool. They were very responsive and answered my thousand questions. 🤭🤪 I would definitely return!

This was the nicest rental I have ever stayed in! The quality of everything was top of the line, and Joe and Kelly spared absolutely NO expense to make this space truly fabulous. From the quality of the appliances and furniture, to the beautiful details in every room, to the handwritten card welcoming us and local chocolate and wine (which were delicious)...there was absolutely not a thing that could have made our stay better (other than staying longer!). We saw rabbits, tons of birds, turkey vultures, hawks, deer, chipmunks, and squirrels, and enjoyed seeing the animals in their natural environment. What a spectacular view! My boyfriend (whose birthday we were celebrating) said it was the nicest house he's ever been in, period. If you're a fan of FL Wright, you will adore this house and all the details that show the love and appreciation for his work. We will most definitely come back, it was worth every penny! Thank you, Joe and Kelly, for being as amazing as your cabin! :)

Danielle’s place is secluded, surrounded by woods, and full of cozy charm—it was such a fun getaway! My family had a great time. The space was easy to navigate, with lots of thoughtful and fun extras throughout. I highly recommend staying here, and we’re already hoping to return soon!
