At the base of Pico and 10 minutes from Killington. Free shuttle service from my place to Killington. I have a free ski locker and free wood for the fireplace. There is a laundry room with coin operated machines. There is a brand new 50” flat screen tv with cable. It’s a smart tv, that’s hooked up to WiFi, so you can use your Netflix, Amazon or Hulu account if you want. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided for 1 day. No daily cleaning service. No parties.

1-bedroom walkout basement apartment with French doors that open onto a private patio. It is located at Log Heaven, a full scribe Log Home on 10 beautiful acres in Royalton Vermont. We are close to I-89, the White River, Silver Lake , Saskadena Ski Area, and Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Park . You need to travel on a gravel road which by VT standards is well maintained for 1.5-3 miles depending which direction you travel. We are 45 min to Killington Ski Resort, 1 hr to Okemo Ski area.

Private guest house situated on over 250 acres, with fully equipped gourmet kitchen and great views of quiet fields and valley. Pond with diving board for swimming in the summer. Giant sledding hill is a favorite of children and adults alike. Trails on property for hiking, xc- skiing, and snowshoeing. 15 mins to Woodstock VT. 45 mins to Killington,Pico and Okemo. Skiing, snow biking 10 minutes away at Middlebury Snow Bowl and Rikert crosscountry. Sugarbush and Killington half hour drive. Snowshoeing and hiking right behind house in the Green Mountain National Forest. Easy drive to river swimming holes and lakes. Excellent restaurants in Waitsfield and Middlebury - about half hour. Good restaurant, cafe, small grocery store, in Rochester, 4 miles. Great location, beautiful views, lovely little house, totally private, romantic.

Only 2 miles to Killington Access Road. The apartment is the lower unit, owners occupy the upper unit. We are a ski family and are up early each morning. Enjoy the summer in beautiful Vermont. The guest area is the entire main floor of a large house with my quiet second home above. Private entrance, 2 bedrooms, full bathroom with washer and dryer, speedy fiber optic internet. The open kitchen has full sized stove and fridge with good cookware and appliances, adjacent to a large open living area. On a paved scenic road. Go up to Silver Lake for a swim, head out on any of the back roads for a run or a ride.
