Kelmscott Chapel

This historic structure was built in 1909 for the local catholic parish and served as such until the 1970's. A portion of the church was then converted to a residence and has also served as a wedding venue for over twenty years. Now called Kelmscott Chapel, a nod to William Morris and the arts and crafts movement, you will find warm and inviting accommodations. Complete with stained glassed windows, spiral staircases, and decorated with mission style furniture - enjoy a visit like no other.

The Feral Skoolie

Nestled on 4 acres and located in the heart of Waterloo recreation area, this 280sq ft skoolie boasts comfort and eclectic energy! Sure to please the outdoor enthusiast, the property is surrounded by public land with the Pinckney Waterloo Trail crossing at the end of our driveway, and several nearby lakes. Located 30 minutes to Ann Arbor, 15 minutes to downtown Chelsea which offers plenty of great eats and drinks, 20 minutes to downtown Jackson, 10 minutes to Sandhill crane winery.

Great for biking, hiking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. The perfect place to sit, relax, and watch the sunset.
