Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to a beach with a jetty and a beach bar. Fall asleep and wake up to the noise of waves. Two beds where you are located on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA storey patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Hourly trains to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with a fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost SEK 50/day

Mysigt ställe på Österlen! Stugan ligger på landet. Nedre plan med kök ,toalett med dusch och övre plan med ett stort rum med 4 sängar. En dubbelsäng och två enkelsängar. Egen ingång med uteplats och möjlighet att grilla och avslappa . 5 min med bil till Gärsnäs där finns buss,tåg,Ica,kiosk, restaurang/pizzeria och konditori. 15 min till tosselilla (sommarland för barn). 10 min till Gyllebo där det finns badsjö i ett vackert naturreservat. 8 km till stranden
