The spacious terrace invites you to linger and take a deep breath. A modern grill station is also available from spring to autumn. Take your cozy bathrobe and relax after an eventful day in the soothing infrared cabin and enjoy the warmth of the steam shower with the integrated light therapy. The entrance is at the carport up the stairs, where the white Tesla is located, not the front door at the parking lot, but number 9/2, Atzlinger Jun. The room is on the upper floor on the right, opposite the bathroom. It is ONE room, which is located in the apartment complex. You can also use the kitchen and the pool outside. Our house is located in the middle of the countryside in a small settlement. The center of Steyr is about 3 km away. The church of Christkindl is very close.

Do you like small towns? - in Steyr, Kirchdorf, Linz... you can enjoy wonderful shopping and cultural offerings. Or a visit to the thermal baths? - Bad Hall is known for its Eurotherme. Grünburg is in the countryside and yet central. In our newly renovated apartment you will find everything you need for a vacation.

This original troad box is actually 300 years old and has been lovingly converted into a romantic hut in a dream location in the Kalkalpen National Park. Here up to 4 people can enjoy the quiet country life. The former granary is modernly equipped with a heated hot tub on the terrace and a cozy fireplace. At the adjacent Heurigen, there are regional specialties. Hiking and mountain biking at your doorstep, ski and spa areas can be reached in less than half an hour by car.

The Waste Wood Suite is only half an hour's drive from the Hinterstoder ski area and the Bad Hall thermal spa, the hiking and biking region is right at your doorstep. The apartment, renovated in 2017 and 2025, is fully equipped; 56 m². From the apartment, garden and balcony you have 360° panoramic views of the mountains and forests. In Spital am Pyhrn, just 3 km away, you will find all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. A private storage room, playground, stone barbecue, garden furniture, wallbox 11 kW are provided. The Pyhrn-Priel AktivCard is provided free of charge by us (valid from early May to late October).

Our guest house is centrally and quietly located on the Gaflenzbach, easily accessible, 50 m from the beautiful Weyrer Marktplatz. The apartment has a kitchen, fully equipped, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hotplates, refrigerator, bathroom with shower and toilet and a nice large bedroom with TV and a separate room with two beds in a row with TV, wardrobe.
