The entrance is by the carport, up the stairs, where the white Tesla is parked—not the front door by the parking lot, but number 9/2, Atzlinger Jun. The room is on the second floor on the right, opposite the bathroom. This is ONE room located in a shared apartment building. You can also use the kitchen and the outdoor pool. Our house is located right in the middle of the countryside in a small residential area. The center of Steyr is about 3 km away. The church of Christkindl is very close.

Here up to 4 people can enjoy the quiet country life. The former granary is modernly equipped with a heated hot tub on the terrace and a cozy fireplace. At the adjacent Heurigen, there are regional specialties. Hiking and mountain biking at your doorstep, ski and spa areas can be reached in less than half an hour by car.
