We get our unique name because we are located near the Jimmerson Lake Dam. Nestled in Nevada Mills. THIS IS NOT A LAKESIDE PROPERTY. We do NOT have a private boat slip. However, the public ramp is only one mile away! If you bring your own boat, the private parking area will accommodate it. Although lake access is NOT provided with this cottage, it is centrally located to many local lakes, boat ramps, beaches and more! All within a few minutes away by car or bike.

We were visiting from Seattle to see family in Auburn and stayed at Grey Squirrel Lofts. The location is great and parking is easy. Check-in was seamless. The loft was very clean and organized with a cozy vibe. It had everything we needed for our stay! There were even snacks, water, and cookies from the shop downstairs. If we return to Auburn, we still stay here and we have already recommended it to my family that visits more frequently.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and one mile from Hillsdale College. I really appreciated having a kitchen and the excellent hot shower/water pressure, given the age of the house. One evening, I happened to meet Nancy (the owner) and we had a great conversation about the house and life in general. I would stay here again the next time I need to visit Hillsdale College.

We had a great stay and Terry and Kelly's place. Pictures and description are accurate. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, gas grill, great views with nice added amenities for a lake - which due to the weather we didn't take advantage of, but everything was there and available. Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to Angola for anything we needed. Their guest book was also very helpful and added benefit of a pass to the state park! Terry provided lots of info to help prep for the trip and all his communications were thorough and useful. Best communication from an AirBnB host ever! Our group is already talking about when we'll be booking again at this location!

Diane’s place was beautiful. Everything was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here - the pictures do not do it justice. The lake right outside the house is beautiful and she provides kayaks. We’ll definitely be returning!

This was a great place to stay in a great location right on the water! We especially loved the patio, fire pit, and paddle boards. On top of that, the host was extremely responsive. We had trouble with the coffee maker on the first morning of our trip, and after letting the host know, they had a new one delivered almost instantly! We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!
