Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Wonderful, fresh cottage with some sea view and peaceful location on Stenungsön. The cottage consists of a living room with a seating area with a modern sofa for 2 people (140cm) In the attached annex, there are two single beds that can easily be put together to a double bed Swimming dock within 100 meters and nice beaches 700-1000 meters. The surroundings also offer nice walking paths in a beautiful environment. 2.5 km away is Stenungs Torg with 65 shops and all possible services. Free parking on the premises, TV, Wi-Fi Possibility to charge electric car

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Welcome to our newly built small house with all facilities in a quiet area. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and drying facilities. Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

Good transportation to Gothenburg by bus and train. Distance by car to Tjörn about 10 minutes, Orust about 20 minutes, Gothenburg about 30 minutes, Smögen/Kungshamn about 60-80 minutes Stenungssund square is close, about 7 minutes, with shopping, restaurants and shops. There are lovely beaches such as Strandviken and Hawaii, you can get there in about 7 minutes.
