Our cozy vacation rental in the small village of Bülitz in the Altmark region offers space for 2–4 people over approximately 70 m² (750 sq. ft.). The duplex is spread over two floors and offers a quiet location and panoramic views of the countryside. Old walls, exposed wooden beams, brick, and clay plaster create a unique ambience in the rooms, combining rustic charm with modern conveniences such as underfloor heating and fiber-optic internet. We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Bei Bedarf steht ein Kinder-Reisebett zur Verfügung.

Welcome to Tangermünde. Our apartment is located in a vacation home with 2 other apartments. The old town of Tangermünde with all its sights, cafes, restaurants and shops is only a few minutes' walk away (approx. 400 m). In addition, you will find the harbor promenade, the Tangier and the Elbe wetlands in the immediate vicinity (about 300 m). Our apartment is the ideal base for exploring the old town of Tangermünde and the Elbe landscape.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...
