**Bright in-law overlooking nature** Our bright in-law apartment on the 1st floor located on meadows and fields can accommodate 3-4 people (+baby on request). It includes a bedroom with king size box spring bed, a living room with TV, sofa and extra bed. The fully equipped kitchen, a daylight bathroom with shower, as well as DVD player and board games create a feel-good atmosphere. Washing machine in separate room. Bed linen and towels included. Cozy and quiet apartment with rustic-modern charm, in a historic half-timbered house. Non-smoking, but vaping and evaporation allowed. Smoking area at the entrance. Wind and rain-protected entrance area, with storage space for sports equipment and wet clothes. Pets allowed. The apartment is not handicapped accessible and there are some small steps, as well as a staircase. The ceiling height in the kitchen and in one of the two bedrooms corresponds to an old half-timbered house.

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Die sehr schöne,neu renovierte und hochwertig ausgestattete 107qm grosse EG Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage von Vlotho / Uffeln auf der Sonnenseite des Buhn. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.

I am furnished so that you can find relaxation and well-being. Through my large window front you can look into the countryside... onto a large meadow, trees and bushes. I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
