Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place surrounded by nature, hiking trails and cycling routes. The house is situated in the Lüneburger Heide (Heather) and offers picturesque hiking trails for young and old. The house borders to a lake and you can dive into the water directly from the private jetty. There are beautiful Wildparks for families in the vicinities, zoos and other activities. There are small old cities in the vicinities worth visiting, such as Celle.

Family atmosphere on the edge of a village, suitable for trade fair guests and small groups. Students, fitters, employees in training, family members visiting nearby, tourists for Hanover or Hildesheim and the Sarstedt area will find good transport connections here. The 4 rooms with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen are located in our detached house on the 2nd floor and in the attic. We live on the ground floor. The guest rooms can be reached via a shared entrance in the stairwell.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The city railway lines 1 and 2 are within walking distance. The exhibition grounds are 3 minutes away by car. Parking for vehicles of any size is provided. Electric charging station is also available on request. Restaurants, shopping malls, supermarkets, hardware stores, doctors are all very quick to reach. The vacation home "Haus am Holder" is lovingly renovated and can accommodate 4 people.

A special highlight is the spacious outdoor area with an inviting swimming pond, which is perfect for relaxing hours in nature. In addition, the lounge in the adjacent paintball facility is at your disposal. Here you can play billiards, table soccer or darts.
