The apartment is only 250 meters from Lake Steinhude and is located directly on the Lake Steinhude circular path.

This apartment is located on the first floor of a 1908 villa. The approximately 94 square meters accommodate three bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with a comfortable corner tub. Your own conservatory also represents your separate entrance. The forest sauna, underfloor heating and high-quality amenities complete the picture and allow you to have a pleasant and quiet stay with direct access to the Deister.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. The apartment is about 50 meters from the sea, with balcony, side sea view. The main entrance to the house is on the west side. Are you looking for an idyllic accommodation on Lake Steinhude? Then this is the place for you. Our vacation home Südufer 61 is right by the water and has its own jetty. Built in the 1960s, the beach house was lovingly renovated in 2021/2022 and is now looking forward to great guests.
