On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. The cottage is perfect for two people (double bed 180 cm ), if you are more, there is an extra bed that works fine for a child. Kitchen (fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave) where there is equipment to cook simpler meals. A bathroom with shower and toilet. No separate bedroom but it is open between the sleeping part and kitchen/dining area. Free parking is about 500 m away from the house.

A nice, small apartment in a really nice area. Surrounded by forest and within easy reach of the beach. The possibility to borrow bikes was a great addition, and made it easy to get to the neighbouring villages/beaches. Martin was easy to deal with and always reachable. Can recommend it.

We had a great time here in Falsterbo with Alexander and Yelena. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away and the wind was perfect for kitesurfing. We extended our stay because we liked it so much. Alexander and Yelena were always available and incredibly helpful. The guest house was clean, cozy and you have your privacy. The bus stop is only 3 minutes away. Thank you Dorte, we had a great stay! Annex was cozy and private, tucked away in a quiet part of town with free parking right in front of the building—super convenient. The bedroom is in the basement, but with the dehumidifier running, it was really comfortable. The small kitchen was cute and had everything we needed. Dorte was lovely and very understanding, especially when we checked out a bit later than planned. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful stay! We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cottage. It is tastefully decorated, is in a nice, quiet place. The garden is really a gem – spacious, green and perfect for children to play in. Also the a nice fire pit with great views. Our kids didn't get bored for a moment! The host was fantastic: friendly, welcoming and always available for tips or questions. We felt right at home. A place we'd love to come back to! Ideal for day trips to Copenhagen or the chalk cliffs

A wonderful little house with stylish decor and very well-equipped kitchen and nice crockery. Even a small dishwasher is available. It is possible to cook nice dinners in the nice kitchen. The location is very peaceful and beautiful. So nice and thoughtful everything. Good to know is that the bedroom is not a private room but part of the upstairs living room.

Was lovely staying in Markus' guesthouse. It had everything you could need and if not Markus would help you out. We had a great time discovering the area, did a day trip to Malmø and Lund which was easily possible by public transport, and we could wind down on the beach and in the cozy living areas of the house.

Margaretas TinyHouse is quietly located in a residential area just 3 minutes walk from a great sand stand. The house was very clean and you had everything you need for a nice holiday.
