Nice stay in Urk, Rinke is a super host!

What a great stay... I haven't seen so sincere kindness many times. My boyfriend and I really felt at home despite staying here for only 1 night. Bathroom is shared, but is very clean! Breakfast was delicious, we really didn't miss anything here. My boyfriend and I really felt like we ended up in a piece of paradise, such a tranquility! In the evening we were allowed to borrow bikes from Rosetta, and we cycled to Steenwijk. It was such a memorable stay, in such a beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommendable. Also a big plus, the bed was wonderful!

I had a lovely stay here! The place was very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The host is incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly—it truly felt like staying with family. The location is a bit remote, so getting around might be a little inconvenient without a car or detailed planning. But if you’re looking for a peaceful, quiet place with a kind-hearted host, this is a wonderful choice.

Rosetta was so welcoming, helpful and genuinely interested in making our experience comfortable. She went above and beyond to help us get my elderly mother’s luggage in as we were unable to get luggage storage we had planned. Our breakfast was amazing. She made me special and delicious low carb options as I had dietary needs. The bedrooms were very comfortable, everything was so nice. I would stay here again in a second.

Awesome spot for an overnight solo traveler like me. A little walking required if taking public transit but it’s a comfy place and Rosetta provided plenty of delicious food for breakfast. Would come again.

We stayed for one week. We missed having a common place to hang out with with our family, but we felt very welcome. Hetty was a perfect host; she served a great breakfast.

Our stay in Giethoorn was absolutely perfect! The little inn we chose was cozy, spotless, and everything we could have hoped for. The location was right on the canal, making it incredibly easy to take the boat out and explore the serene waterways. While the area is quieter in winter, that only added to the charm, creating a peaceful and intimate atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was the incredible hospitality. Our host went above and beyond, preparing delicious and varied home-cooked breakfasts each morning. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, from the clean and well-equipped kitchen (where my girlfriend and I enjoyed cooking dinner each night) to the excellent water pressure and warmth of the shower—something you truly appreciate during colder months. This was more than just a stay; it was an experience. The warmth, cleanliness, and attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. We can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to our return!

I was received hospitably by Irene. A delicious meal was reserved at the agreed time. The atmosphere felt nice and homey with magazines, a nice chair and a lovely bath. A nice breakfast was ready before I continued my trip. That made the service complete. All this in a quiet green area made the stay a pleasant experience. Thank you Irene and Pieter.

A great stay and perfect breakfast! A nice bed and good shower in a particularly attractive farmhouse in a quiet natural green area. Iris is doing well, communicates nicely and I'd love to come back.

We had a lovely Pentecost weekend! We had signed up for the Buitenkunst Festival Dronten, but did not feel like camping there on the premises. I always search for "Superhost" in the AirBNB app and Sonja's B&B was the closest. Sonja has earned the Superhost status with flying colors! Her B&B is not only called "Hoog in 't Vaandel" (High in the Banner), but is also located "Hoog in 't Vaandel" (at the back of the street, the Banner), but she also has hospitality and customer friendliness "Hoog in 't Vaandel". Breakfast was a feast every morning! And every morning completely different: variations of rolls, crackers, all kinds of cheese, meat toppings and sweet toppings, yogurt, custard, cruesli, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, kiwis, mango, dried fruit, pancakes, sugar bread, crackers, breakfast cake, spakenburg cake, coffee rolls, banana bread, crueslirepen, fresh juice, grapefruit juice, flevosap, eggs etc! We felt very spoiled! We'd love to come back next year!

What a lovely b&b this was! We stayed here because of an event in Thialf. Here we could really unwind. 2 nights stayed here and the mornings spoiled with a delicious breakfast! We have enjoyed it! Thank you for your hospitality

We felt immediately comfortable and Esther is a lovely hostess. The environment is fantastically close to nature with the forest. The rooms are cozy, well maintained. You have historic Holland mixed with modern elements and can immerse yourself in another beautiful world. Also great Wi-Fi. You were in Lemmer quickly. Delicious breakfast! We will be happy to come back.
