This is a luxury vacationhome with all the amneties for a modern day vacation has two big bedroom and two wonderful bathrooms. The living room features a woodstove. There is TV, wifi and fast fiber internet. Around the house there are two terraces and a magnificent view of the lake! A wonderful place to relax.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

The cottage is in the middle of the nature reserve "Ae's Woudbloem" and you can find a lot of beautiful bike/hiking trips. Monument-protected bakery in the town center of Rysum: Live in exceptional ambiance. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, one shower room. Light-flooded living room with TV in the gable. Wifi but wobbly! Two small terraces. Bicycle shed. The path to the small "secret" beach by car: From Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, turn to the end of the road (STRANDLUST), park your car and walk north on the water...

A green oasis on the outskirts of Groningen!

The studio "De Noot" is complete, cozy and luxuriously furnished and is located in a rural farmhouse, within walking distance of public transportation, on the outskirts of the city of Groningen. A fantastic place to use as a base, to work or to unwind. There are 2 bicycles available for guests. There is a large green yard and an orchard. We have: chickens, rooster, a few sheep and a sweet dog (stabij). Other: is on the ground floor, free parking.

This nice room is built in a barn and has its own shower and toilet. Ten minutes drive to the Wadden Sea. So no beach but dikes with sheep on it. However, a few fake beaches and the ferry service to Borkum for the real thing. Wake up to cackling chickens under your window. Wood-burning stove, with support of an electric heater. Preferably no employees unless..... Dogs welcome for a small fee.
