Our guesthouse is located in the old harbor district of historic Bergen op Zoom. Located on the Brabantse Wal between Rotterdam, Antwerpen and the Zeeland coast. Plenty of cozy cafes and restaurants! Through a shared gate you enter the backyard where the guesthouse is located. On the first floor, you will find the living room, kitchenette and toilet. Through the authentic, steep staircase you enter the bedroom with bathroom and access to the roof terrace. The spaces are not suitable for disabled people.

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

I had a very nice time at Zonnemaire and it was the perfect place to come down and relax. Inez was a super friendly and empathetic host and she made me feel very comfortable! Just a perfect and wonderful place to stay and Ken is just so helpful and quick to reach, world class! Was a great experience and we will definitely repeat!!

We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. It is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. We were particularly pleased with the record player! The garden invites you to relax, and the two bicycles that were available to us were perfect for exploring the surroundings. A supermarket is nearby, restaurants can be easily reached by bike or car. We will be happy to come back!

Our recent stay at the windmill was wonderful. We were met on arrival by Cynthia and given a wonderful tour of the property answering all questions we had and giving us valuable information regarding surrounding areas of interest. The home is as advertised and beautifully kept. I would strongly recommend having the volunteer miller Marijn come by and perform the full tour of the windmill itself it was fascinating and a real treat to see. I cannot think of a better and more authentic place to spend a trip to the Netherlands. Cynthia met us again before we left and was always available via text for any needs. Wonderful trip!

A beautiful location, right in the old center. Everything is easily walkable. Restaurants are everywhere nearby. The steep long stairs upon entry are a minor handicap. The apartment could be cleaned a little better before new guests arrive.
