Really enjoyed my stay at Karl’s the place is as the ad describes it. Location is perfect. Other than that all I can say is stay here if you are looking for a great located Airbnb that's spacious and has wonderful views.

Well, where do I start?... First and foremost the host and his family are lovely and went above and beyond to help with any problems we had; even coming from his home after 11pm in the night because we were having difficulty finding the property on arrival. The property is superb and the host stocked the home with complimentary drinks and snacks which was a great touch and much appreciated and needed at that time of night. The facilities are amazing everything was brand new, clean and ready for use. Please don't hesitate to book with this host. He will help with all question's in any capacity which included help finding the local shops or even where to get money exchanged.😊 We would 100% stay here again and plan to next time we go. If you are with a group of friends or family then this place is for you. It has endless possibilities and is a great space. Will definitely be recommending the host and the property to everyone wanting somewhere amazing to stay in MBJ.

My family and I had mixed feelings coming down because of travel advisor, but you were  transparent with great feedback from the start. Even my mom who is super conservative loved the area and the overall experience. Everyone was really nice to us on our walks around the neighborhood. You and your staff were great and gave us exceptional service. Looking forward to coming back real soon. Jamaica is really expensive though ( as you did give us heads up about) I also wished we’d taken advantage of personal chef, as really hard figuring out food and trying to coordinate food for 13 people. All and all great time and experience.   Thanks you again.  

Trevor was a responsive host from Inquiry to Checkout. He accommodated an early check in, to give us time to rest before attending the wedding. He touched base occasionally throughout our 2 night stay to make sure we were comfortable. The listing is exactly as described. We weren’t able to get the AC to stay on longer than 2-3 minutes at a time but Trevor explained in detail what to do….just didn’t work for us. If the AC is important to you that’s a consideration. In our case it wasn’t a big deal. The view from the balcony is nice and having access to the private beach is a great convenience.

We had an amazing 2 week stay in Damain's home. It's a spacious place with nice views of the ocean. Pachie's (a restaraunt on the shore and 5 minute walk up the road) is a great place to get fresh seafood, jerk chicken, and a good drink. Megan and Owen, who both help take care of the place, were awesome. They were quick to check if we needed anything and were helpful in recommending the best places nearby or picking up and bringing any items we needed to us. The driver who Damain set us up with was Shandan. He was incredible the whole time we were in Jamaica. He'd drive us anywhere we wanted to go and also had great recommendations for activities that fit our style. So thankful for everyone making it an experience to remember, definitely on the list to make a return trip!

Very nice place, the neighborhood was safe and we were able to walk to our family’s home with no issues. The caretaker for the home lives next door, which is convenient as we had questions about the toilet one of the days. No hot water but that is to be expected in Sandy Bay. All in all, it was a very comfortable home and I would stay again.

We stayed a week. Place is as described. We give the place 5 stars. Few things to know. The beach access is 5 minutes down the road & is small with only having a washroom on site. Can not purchase anything. Closest grocery store is a 40 minute walk or a short cab ride. The unit could use having a cheat sheet on how to use the TV & appliances. You will need to pickup or bring with you coffee & filters, laundry soap & any condinments / spices you enjoy. None of these items were deal breakers for us & we found the unit / complex clean & safe. If we do decide to return to Montego Bay we for sure would consider staying at this unit.

The apartment is a quaint studio apartment with a small kitchenette, perfect for two people with an amazing view. Great location, directly across from Doctor’s Cave beach on the hip strip. You are able to walk every where without any issues. I would definitely return.

An incredible townhouse in a great location. 1 minute away from the beach and from the famous hip strip. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities even for people who cook at home. The backyard was beautiful and private. The host was overly helpful and resourceful. Can’t be happier with my choice to stay this beautiful place!!!! Will certainly recommend staying and will choose as my destination any time I go back to Montego Bay.

This place was a home away from home! I went with my friend and we felt very safe and could walk 5 mins down the block to the ocean to meditate and relax. Customer service could’ve been a bit better with Trudi however, I still enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again and have already even referred this spot to some of my friends. Definitely book this spot because you won’t regret it. 👍🏾

Dale’s listing was really more than I was expecting. It was in the perfect area. Very private and secure, walking distance to the beach and many nice restaurants. Dale was very responsive and always had an answer to any of my questions. I would recommend his place to anyone, will be back next time!

This was a really nice Airbnb. The whole house was clean and decorated nicely. There’s a washer and dryer too so it’s easy to do laundry, and they even had a few seasonings to cook with. They also have an option for a private chef and taxi services. I stayed here and they were doing some construction to some apartments next to the Airbnb but it didn’t bother me since we had early morning excursions. The location is secure with a gate and security 24/7. They won’t let anyone in unless they are approved. I had some trouble getting in at first because there was one lockbox but also another pin pad, so i was a hit confused on which one to use at first but the host was quick to respond and help us get in. Overall our bnb experience was a 10/10 and I would stay here again the next time i visit montego.

Home is clean and beautiful. Everything you need is available. Pool is close and beach is walking distance. Very safe and quiet area. Hosts are easy to contact and very responsive. This is our new go-to for when we visit Jamaica

We really enjoyed our stay at Debra's. Very friendly host with lots of recommendations in the area. The cottage was directly across from the beach and everything in the Hip Strip was within walking distance. I highly recommend this Airbnb

Second time here, feels like home, albeit a better view!

Lydia's place is wonderful and cozy. Lydia responded very quickly to all messages. Her and her team of local people checked in often and made wonderful recommendations for food, excersions, and photo opportunities... if you want something away from the hussel and bussel of a crowded city, yet still just minutes away from many experiences, then this is the place for you. You can sit by the ocean and enjoy the cool breeze just steps from the villa. thank you. I had a wonderful time

From the moment we arrived at this stunning Montego Bay Airbnb, we knew we were in for something special. The decor was gorgeous, with a perfect mix of luxury and cozy charm. The pool was an absolute oasis, and waking up to that breathtaking ocean view every morning felt like a dream. The host was beyond amazing — so responsive, thoughtful, and full of fantastic local recommendations that made us feel safe and welcomed. But the true highlight was the incredible chef, Ms. Ingrid! Her breakfasts and dinners were beyond divine — every dish cooked with love, passion, and authentic Jamaican flavor. She didn’t just feed us; she made us feel at home. The place was quiet, felt safe, and had a serene atmosphere. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with the rooftop patio as a beautiful bonus. The price was fair, and getting in and out of the scenic areas by rental car was easy, with plenty of parking available. I appreciated the 24/7 security at the entrance—it added an extra layer of peace of mind. The on-site pool, bar, and convenience store were thoughtful touches that made the stay even better. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with.
