Named Denmark's Lovely Summerhouse 2014

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a truly wonderful place. The house was chosen as the winner of the programme Denmark's most beautiful summer house at DR1 (2014). The well-furnished 50 m2, with up to 4 m. ceiling fits perfectly for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. All year round, bathe in "Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint and the small fine island of Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walking – and cycling trips.

Fantastic 180 ˚ sea view, one hour drive from Copenhagen. In the first row to Bøged Strand, this cozy cottage is located. Here you will return to the great-grandmother's summerhouse from 1971. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of Bøgestrømmen. In the summerhouse there is a fiber connection so you can be surfed/streamed from the grid. In the living room there is also a smaller TV. There is a swing, trampoline, sandbox and fire pit. There is a carport in the driveway. The price includes cleaning but exclusive bed linen and towels.

Idyllic and bright cottage close to the water

Charming cottage, large terrace, garden with plenty of space and only a 4 minute walk to the water where there is a jetty. About an hour drive from Copenhagen. The garden is undisturbed with bushes around. And our place oozes children; we have sandbox, swimming pool, trampoline, football goal, pole tennis and swing. We hope you'll enjoy nature. If you stay long enough, you will be sure to meet the local deer, squirrels and hares who like to eat from the garden. Close to the forest, ideal for walking and running.

There is 7 km to the cozy town of Præstø with several restaurants, including Frederiksminde (With a Michelin star) sited by the waterfront. 50 minuttes by car to Stevns Klint (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and to Møns Klint too. Very charming small and child-friendly holiday home with lovely garden on deserted grounds. Lovely kitchen-room/living room with wood stove and sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen, hallway and two bedrooms (one children's room), washing machine and tumbler. One bedroom apartment containing double bed, sofa corner with TV with possibility of 2 additional beds on the sofa (children), dining area as well as kitchen with oven and fridge.
