The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh produce for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

Here you can start your day with a good cup of coffee on the chaise, followed by a refreshing morning bath in the bathing pond that is just out the door. Have a good dinner with a view of the pier and have one glass of wine in the sunset on the terrace. Enjoy an evening stroll along the jetty in the lovely colors of the evening sun. In Stavanger east you have all the amenities one stone's throw away, from Sauna to some of Stavanger's best restaurants. The convenience store just around the corner and the city center is savvy 9 min walk away.

Good hiking areas in Melsheia or summit trip to Vedafjell within 30 minutes. Nice garden with barbeque area and terrace by garden pond. Bowling alley, gym, shopping street and shopping opportunities within 2 km. Electric car chargers (2.4kW and 7.2kW) can be used as agreed. Additional costs included. Only stay of paying guests in the apartment is allowed.

Settle down for several days and go on great hikes and mountain peaks from the exit door. Five minutes hike away you can swim in a river with fresh mountain water.
