Vacation rentals in Statesville

My wife and I chose the Tobacco Barn for its charm. We were not disappointed at all. The barn was pristine and so comfortable. The place was absolutely beautiful and very peaceful sitting on the front patio listening to the birds sing while being visited by the most friendly canine ever, “Merry”. She was super friendly and just added such character to the place. Susannah and Jeff put such great detail in every bit of the barn. They were very accommodating and answered our questions promptly. When in the area again, we will definitely stay at the Tobacco Barn.

Place is just as described. The apartment is very spacious with a modern vibe. The rooftop is a nice area to hang out in weather permitting. Place was clean and host quickly answered any questions I had. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect prelude to our wedding week and a great place to stay for the All Star Race. Host was responsive and the cabin matched all the photos. Great experience.

What an amazing, magical, serene place!!! The home is on a piece of heaven! Rebecca and Kevin were amazing hosts! We loved the fresh eggs, goodies, gifts and OMG Kevin's sourdough bread was amazing! Our daily visits with their dog Remy was the best! She is such a loving dog and great watch dog! We loved watching and visiting with the animals and loved seeing and being a part of the cattle transferring pastures! The location is perfect! Super quiet and peaceful but so close to stores, restaurants and activities. The home is spotless and the bed super comfortable and cushy! We loved our stay!!!! Thank you Rebecca and Kevin!

Gerardo was fantastic from the moment we booked!! Always very responsive and the house felt like we were right at home. Very clean and had all basic necessities!! We would definitely book for family coming in out of town again!!! Thank you for such an amazing stay.

Solid accommodations, clean and friendly, beautiful countryside cabin.

What a beautiful setting! Secluded as you could want and amazing lake front living. Christy is a very responsive host and has every detail laid out for guests. The inside of the home is full of character, with an awesome cabin feel, plenty of space, and a great kitchen! There is plenty of wild life and our stay was very relaxing. The only area of the stay that could use some attention/more effort, would be the stairs on the way to the dock, the beach area and the dock itself. Overall, we absolutely recommend staying here and making memories with your family.

Perfect! It was clean, very comfortable bed, full fabulous kitchen, fantastic bathroom! Micheal did the extra mile with snacks, drinks, coffee, fruit, cleaning supplies, even extras for the bathroom-q-tips, razors, soap, shampoo! I really enjoyed my stay, it’s a little out of town but was perfect for me. I mean who doesn’t enjoy a perfect yard and golf course with their morning coffee?! I’m sure I’ve left something out but I would definitely book again!

I want to say this place was so at home. I felt we were in cabin and being rural, at the same time so close to whatever we needed. the surrounding was absolutely breathtaking. The cabin was so clean and equipped. My son loved the fact he could stay in loft by himself, and still being close to us. we loved to hear birds, and rooster singing around and we also meet some locals and neighbors; very friendly. Robin and Jay were so kind when I needed to talk to them and John helped me to find the local event, even though we didn't go (we had so much fun just being at cabin). Overall we loved, loved it and loved it. Thank you Robin and Jay for creating such a lovely place to stay in; felt so at home. Sarah, Jay and Benjamin
