I have set aside a part of the house for rent, with an entrance and outdoor area for common use. I live in the other part of the house. No parties, no smoking and no alcoholic beverages. Kitchen with basic items: Microwave, Ayr fryer, sandwiches and electric cooker. Drinking fountain, and we do not have a stove or refrigerator.
