The Suite and Demi-suite apartments are located within the Espaço Recanto Catarina, in a secondary unit — a one-story building accessed by stairs (it does not have an elevator). Guests have access to the green area of Recanto, swimming pool, game room, Market Self Service, parking and barbecue. The Suites have a private bathroom inside the room. In the Demi-Suites, the bathroom is also for exclusive use, but it is outside the room, next to the apartment.
