Great place and as described, very attentive host, gave us all the details of the place and recommendations of what's around.

Daniela was an exceptional host, available and flexible to adjust whatever was needed. The apartment is very cozy, it has all the basic necessities available. The location is excellent, close to the subway, bakery in the building, pharmacy, market and good restaurants. I will certainly stay with Daniela again.

The location is excellent: a prime neighborhood close to points of interest for car travel. The apartment is cozy and functional. Good bed and good shower. Good air conditioning. High floor with a nice view. Super easy check-in and prompt response from the hosts at all times, including directions to places to wait for check-in time. The building's leisure area is also very good - the swimming pool and sauna are highlights. I stayed for 6 days and would stay longer.

What a beautiful place.. everyone who was in the house loved it, everything was very tasteful, super-equipped kitchen with great quality utensils. In the rooms, a lot of comfort and coziness with super soft and fragrant bedding. The hosts thought of many details, such as entertainment like a pool table, outdoor cinema, fire pit, in short, several things that we love to use, by the way... Oh, not to mention the river that passes at the back of the house, which you can easily reach by a trail, that's what we went with 2 babies. We certainly recommend it and really want to be able to return.

What an amazing place! Every space is well taken care of and Ana Cristina was always available to ask us questions. Ana and Paulo were perfect as hosts! Very thoughtful and polite. The lilac house where we stayed had everything that was needed and very clean. The impeccable orchard, lots of birds and fruit passing a priceless peace. Our stay was great! Location of the house is very good, close to everything! Very cozy area, waking up with the macaws was spectacular lol. If you're looking for a cozy place with a good location and a great host, you've found the right place!

The house is simply amazing and even better in person! Host Monica is always very helpful and friendly. I felt like I was in paradise, I went to celebrate my birthday and it was wonderful. And there are no words to express how grateful I am for how sweet and helpful Val was.

House is exactly like in the pictures, comfortable, well cared for. All the facilities you want while staying were there. Great rooms, all with private bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, a delicious garden. Leonardo always answered and helped solve questions. Great accommodation!

You can close your eyes and choose this place. If you were in doubt, you don't have to be anymore. The apartment is great, communication with Erico is great (great man, he helped me with everything in record time), the place has a lot to do, the balcony is great and there is even a hammock for you to relax. A comfortable apartment and full of amenities at our disposal, market within the condominium, toy library (my daughters loved), gym, laundry, and a huge and beautiful pool. The apartment has a cozy, fresh balcony with a very pleasant view. Comfortably a family of 6 people, has an induction stove, air fryer and all the utensils necessary for cooking, in short, it was 3 very good and comfortable days. And I can't help but comment on the kindness of the building staff who have helped us in everything we need.
